Information we collect

• Account information supplied through Google sign-in, such as name and email address.
• Company profiles, logos, item lists, room names, quotations, receipts, and other content you choose to save.
• Subscription and payment status, payment references, and transaction information needed to activate and support your plan.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, diagnostics, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide quotation features, save and synchronise your files, generate PDFs, process or verify subscriptions, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.

Service providers

DesignQuote.in uses service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, storage, and databases. When online payments are enabled, payment details are processed by the displayed payment provider, such as PhonePe. We do not store complete card or UPI credentials.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction you request. Quotations are shared with other people only when you use a sharing feature.

If you use the referral program, we store an invite code, the referring and invited account identifiers, reward status, and the qualifying payment reference. Referral links do not expose account email addresses, and referral records are not publicly readable.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, payment, and legal obligations. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us from your registered email address.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their Google account and avoid sharing editable links publicly.

Your choices

You may review or update profile details inside the app and request access, correction, or deletion by email. Browser storage and service-worker caching may be used to support PWA performance and reliability.
