Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using DesignQuote.in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement and must use the service for lawful business purposes.

Service

DesignQuote.in helps users create, save, edit, share, and export quotations and payment receipts. Users remain responsible for checking prices, taxes, measurements, terms, and all final documents before sending them to clients.

Referral rewards

An invited new user and the referring user may each receive 30 bonus access days after the invited user completes their first successful subscription payment. A reward applies once per invited account. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate or misleading accounts, failed payments, cancelled payments, chargebacks and refunded payments do not qualify. Design Que may correct or reverse rewards granted because of payment reversal, technical error or misuse.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in, for activity under your account, and for controlling editable sharing links. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Trials, subscriptions, and payments

New eligible accounts receive the trial period displayed on the website. Continued access after the trial requires a subscription. Plan prices and durations shown at checkout or in the app apply at the time of purchase. A payment does not create automatic renewal unless that is clearly stated and separately authorised.

User content

You retain responsibility for the quotations, logos, customer details, and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and permit us to process it only as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, access another user's data without permission, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the application.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features, pricing, and these terms may be updated for security, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Design Que is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or business decisions based on unchecked quotation content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may restrict access for serious misuse, fraud, security threats, or legal non-compliance. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
